Shipping and Returns
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Canada.
We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $150 or $15 flat rate shipping on Canadian orders. Local delivery might also be an option for you. If your postal code is within the delivery area, it will be displayed at checkout.
What is your shipping policy?
All of our products are shipped via Canada Post from Almonte, Ontario, Canada. Most domestic orders ship 1 to 3 business days after you have received your order confirmation.
Modern Fable Inc. cannot be held responsible for packages that are late, lost or damaged by Canada Post, UPS or our local delivery carrier. Some remote locations and/or items have non-standard dimensions and may require additional shipping charges. If needed, we will contact you.
What is your return policy?

In-Store Purchases
We are happy to offer exchange or store credit on all items still in their original state (unworn, original condition, all tags attached) with receipt and within 10 days of purchase, with the exception of all items that are noted as final sale.
All sale items are final sale.
Online Orders and Local Pickup
If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to provide store credit for unworn items. Returned items must be in their original state, with tags attached. In order to process your return, we also require your receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be shipped back to Modern Fable Inc. within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate your return, using the contact form on our website.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for an exchange or return. All returns must be trackable and fully insured.
For your purchase to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact. Once received, returned items will be inspected and items that do not meet our policy will be shipped back at the customers expense. We have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return policy standards.
We will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, store credit will be provided the form of an electronic gift card that does not expire.
All sale items are final sale.
Please note: All sale items, glassware, ceramics, personal care products, socks, bodysuits and intimates/underwear are final sale.

We are unable to honour any price adjustments.

We do! Gift Cards can be purchased and used both in-store and online. They never expire.
